About us

BAVARIA was founded in 2006 as a Project Management Company. Since its establishment, the Company has gradually grown into a real estate development firm in response to the global challenges and demands of the property market.

BAVARIA provides wide range of services to its foreign and local clients and investors in international and national markets.

Abdi Tatlici, founder of the Company, completed his Civil Engineering Degree and started his professional career in Germany. He later returned to Turkey and took part in various international projects of Enka Insaat Ltd., the largest construction company in Turkey.

Our innovative and flexible style helps us to establish reliable and insightful partnerships with our clients and business partners, as well as providing them with long term and enduring revenue.

We provide professionally designed services and solutions in order to meet the requirements and expectations of our clients. Our projects are developed offering ‘0’ risk to the investors. In essence, we ensure that we protect both parties, i.e. the tenant and the investor, providing that a formal contract specifying the technical requirements is in place. By developing the properties tailored per the requests of the tenants and delivering the projects successfully, we not only guarantee that the tenant can operate more efficiently but the investor can warrant the revenue in the long term.
